It happens a lot.

If you live in florida and your Air Handler Unit (AHU) is located in a non-conditioned space (Like attics, Garage etc), you may probably find this "Black Spots" by the AC, It is very common. We come across of this situation everyday more that 10 times per day, In many cases the homeowner does not realize they have been living with this black spots for years.

The Good news that they can be easy cleaned!

You may probably say: “This has never happened before”

Most likely this may sound strange for  you, but for  an AC Tech In florida on summer, it is not ,  Air Conditionig companies are receibing this type of calls every day, during summer,  some properties are not design to handle extreme weather or high heat from a large period of time on a single day, in many cases the problem is not that the outdoor temperature is too high, but the fact that it is tarting  to get too hot too early and temperature stays high for too long, in other cases it is simple too hot for that this particular AC to be able to handle that much load on this particular house.
